Our Policy

1. Your order usually ships within receipt that your payment has cleared. With your correct e-mail address, you will receive notification containing confirmation and order information usually within 48 hours.

2. We ship "FREE" UPS ground to anywhere in the US. If you prefer we will ship express for a nominal fee. Outside the US, please see Global Shipping Fees. We are glad to ship world wide.

3. When your order is released to ship, you will receive an e-mail notification containing ship date and UPS tracking number.

Changing your Order:

1. If your order has not already shipped you may change or cancel your order. On custom orders if you change or cancel at any time you will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

2. If your order has already shipped, please see our returns and exchange policy.

Payment Methods:

You can pay for your order a number of ways:

1. By Credit Card - we accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

2. By Check - please allow 10 business days after receipt to process check.

3. By Money Order.

If you use Third party billing (order shipped to you, but billed to someone else), you can expect a request for signature. This can be done by fax at (954) 566-6976 or by a scanned document on an email attachment.

Sales Tax:

There is no sales tax for orders placed via Internet or phone for customers not residing in Florida. Florida law requires us to charge 6% sales tax for orders placed from Florida residents or shipped to a FLORIDA address.

Gift Certificates:

We offer gift certificates in any denomination. Gift certificates are redeemable for merchandise only. Our gift certificates are shipped within 24 hours (credit card payment). They are beautifully gift wrapped and make a wonderful gift.

Returns:

1. You must first call, email or fax us for a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without this number clearly and boldly marked on the outside of the package.

2. For a full refund your return must be sent back (postmarked) 5 days after you received your merchandise, this date must be before the wear date.

3. All items returned (postmarked) after the 5 days will be subject to store credit only.

4. All returns must be in original condition and unused.

5. Returns must be packed in original packaging, please include copies of invoices and state the reason for return.

6. Customer pays for return shipping, we recommend you insure your package. You are responsible for its safe return.

7. Returns of multiple orders, cancellations or sale pieces are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders carry a 30% restocking fee.

Exchanges:

1.You must first call Email or fax us for a exchange authorization number. We will not accept any exchanges without this number clearly and boldly marked on the outside of the package.

2. All exchanges must be in original condition and unused.

3. Exchanges must be packed in original packaging, please include copies of invoices and state the reason for the exchange, also the name and other information of the new headpiece style you are exchanging for.

4. Your first exchange is also shipped "FREE".

Refunds:

1. Once your package is received in accordance with the aforementioned policies, you will receive your refund.

2. Postage, shipping and handling fees, if occurred, are not refundable.

2. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund process to occur.

Global Shipping Fees:

Free US shipping ground via UPS include US territories, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and US Virgin Islands.

Regular Shipping fees (not express) to:

Canada $ 10.00 shipping fee

International $ 28.00 shipping fee

Australia, England, Japan, Norway, Italy, Holland, Spain

Temporary Shipping Restrictions:

Presently we are unable to guarantee delivery and have temporarily discontinued shipments to the following countries:

Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey.

Privacy Policy:

We respect our customers freedom and privacy. We do not sell or share any information about our clients. Persons who supply us with there Email, phone numbers or home address will only be contacted by us with information regarding orders they have placed. We do not solicit. We do not set cookies
